Daytime Rental
9am - 3pm (6 hours)
effective 12/15/25 for new bookings
Although 9am-3pm is our standard Daytime Rental time frame, we allow you to choose your 6 hours, starting no earlier than 7am and ending no later than 3pm. Additional hours (if you need more than 6 hours) can be added, for an Optional Hourly Fee. See Optional Add-On Fees below.
Daytime rentals must end by 3pm.
Evening Rental
4pm - 10pm (6 hours)
effective 12/15/25 for new bookings
Although 4pm-10pm is our standard Evening Rental time frame, we allow you to choose your 6 hours, starting no earlier than 4pm and ending no later than 12am. Additional hours (if you need more than 6 hours) can be added, for an Optional Hourly Fee.
We offer a "Premium 12am-1am Hour Add-on", see Add-Ons rates below.
Evening Rentals can start no earlier than 4pm.
No events can go past 1am.
All Day Rental
10am - 10pm (12 hours)
effective 12/15/25 for new bookings
Although 10am-10pm is our standard All Day rental time frame, we are happy to allow clients to choose their 12-hr time frame (if agreed upon by The View manager)
starting no earlier than 7am and ending no later than 12am.
We offer a "Premium 12am-1am Hour Add-on", see Add-Ons rates below.
No events can go past 1am.
Although 10am-10pm is our standard 12-hr rental time frame,
we are happy to allow clients to choose their 12-hr time frame if agreed upon by The View manager:
for example, 9am-9pm, 10am-10pm, 11am-11pm, 12pm-12am.

The rate for the above holidays are calculated based on the Saturday Rate Listed Above x 1.5
