Rental

Tables

Various sizes and shapes available: round tables, banquet tables, high and low bistro tables.  Our full inventory is available for your use.

Linens

Up to 20 linens, professionally cleaned, pressed, and delivered to the venue.  50+ colors to choose from.  If needed, additional linens are available at $12 per linen.

Set Up and Take Down

Our staff will set up tables, chairs, and linens before your Rental Time.  We will take down tables, chairs and linens after your Rental Time.

Bride's Room
(Guest of Honor Room)

Large dressing room, with private bathroom.  Large floor to ceiling windows, vanity, full length mirror, extra seating for special guests, high hooks for dresses.

Catering Kitchen w/  Pebble Ice

Warming kitchen, full fridge, large double sinks, counter space, commercial Pebble Ice Machine.

Public Restrooms

Separate full women's and full men's restroom on 3rd floor, just outside the Main Hall.  Large with multiple stalls and full length mirrors.  Changing table available in women's restroom.

Parking

You and your guests can park in any stall in our large shared parking lot.

Reserved Parking

Reserved parking stalls for your people needing to load and unload, located on North side of building, by North side door, which is the closest entrance to elevator.

Custom Monogram for Projection

We love to make our clients a custom monogram for projection on South Venue wall.  You pick your favorites from 50+ samples and we will make several options for you to pick from.

Backdrops

Several large in-house backdrops to choose from.  (See our "Decor Closet" for more decor options!)

East and North Window Drapery

Sheer off-white Chiffon drapery available along the East and North floor-to-ceilng windows. Can be adjusted along a track  and customized to your preference.

1st Floor Signage

Custom A-frame chalkboard signage, place on 1st floor by elevator, directing your guests to the 3rd floor.

Beautiful Wooden Chairs

Our cross back wooden chairs look gorgeous in our Venue, up to 150 available for your use.

Audio Video Equipment

Professional built-in system: Ceiling mounted projector, wall mounted roll-down screen, large JBL wall mounted speakers, Microphones, Device plug-ins, integrated Lobby TV.

On-Site Staff

On-site staff member to ensure Venue amenities are functioning well and services included are executed professionally.  We pride ourselves in taking care of our clients, creating a smooth and worry-free event!

Groom's Room
(or Flex Room)

Comfortable private dressing room, couch, TV, full length mirror, extra seating for special guests.

Garbage Service

Our staff will monitor garbage during your event, replace liners and remove all garbage from building.

Deep Cleaning Post Event

We sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub,etc, after your event.  We ask that you take out everything you brought in, make sure all garbage finds its way to the garbages cans, and leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition.

Rolling carts

Multiple rolling carts are provided to help load and unload. Placed on the 1st floor and ready for you when you and your vendors arrive.

Media Assistance

Send us your slideshows and playlists, we are happy to receive and download them onto our system, and have them ready to go when you need them!  You can also plug in your own device and/or use bluetooth for music.

Complimentary Room-Flips

We are happy to facilitate the movement of chairs and tables during room-flips. We create a digital layout for each layout to ensure a smooth and efficient room change!

Ceiling Drapery Option

Four beautiful runners of sheer chiffon that span the length of the main Venue ceiling.   (See our "Decor Closet" for more decor options!)

Lobby Drapery Option

Pipe and drape (white) available for installation in 3rd floor lobby, creating a cohesive and connected feel to the Main Hall, this gives you a blank canvas to use the Venue lobby how you'd like.

Open-Vendor Venue

Your choice of vendor is always welcome (with the exception of Bartender, in which you must choose from our Approved List)!  We ask the your Vendors be Licensed and Insured.  

Glass Cylinders

50+ glass cylinders available.  Real flames allowed in a rigid container if the flame stays below the top. (See our "Decor Closet" for more decor options!)
